A Zero Day is any day you did nothing toward your mission. Even one small action — 10 pushups, one DM sent, 5 minutes of reading — makes it a Non-Zero Day. This rule eliminates the "I'll restart Monday" failure spiral.
Some days are brutal. The Floor Version is your minimum viable day: 2-min mindset, 10-min movement, 1 income action. This still counts. Perfection is not the standard — consistency is.
After 66+ consecutive Non-Zero Days, neuroplasticity locks in the new behavior as identity. You stop needing willpower because you are now someone who does this. Day 120 you is a different person than Day 1 you.
