    Write your Floor Version at the top before Day 1 — it must be defined before you need it

    The Floor Version takes under 30 minutes — if it takes longer, you haven't defined the floor
  • 3
    Mark each day with a ✓ (full protocol), F (floor version only), or leave blank only if you truly missed
  • 4
    On floor version days, still mark ✓ — the Floor Version is a complete day, not a consolation prize
